The basics:
Although Syntax Error has continued to change and evolve over the years, the goal has always been to push the envelope of modern music composition and performance. Syntax Error plays live shows in the Toronto area, consisting of a fusion of compositions, improvisation, and psychedelic visual presentations. Hemming has been composing and performing electronic music since 1993, and has been involved in a wide range of experimental music projects, from industrial and ambient, to the post-production scoring of independent films. The hallmark of Hemming’s style is a synthesis of sound, video and interactivity that is both inspired and original.
